From Chairside to Consulting

I never set out to become a consultant. I set out to help people feel seen, understood, and confident, whether they were sitting in the dental chair or standing beside it.
My journey began as a Certified Dental Assistant. I loved the rhythm of the clinic, the relationships with patients, and the small moments that made big differences. But it wasn’t long before I found myself drawn to something more, the consult room.
There, I discovered the magic of connection and honest human conversations that helped people say “yes” to something that could change their lives.
That spark turned into a passion for training teams, refining workflows, and helping practices deliver not just care, but an experience that felt personal, intentional, and seamless. Along the way, I stepped into roles as a Treatment Coordinator, Office Manager, and now Director of Operations. Each chapter gave me deeper insight into how teams function, what patients need, and where things often get lost in the chaos of a busy day.
Little Deb Consulting was born from that journey.
Not to be another voice in the industry, but to be a partner who understands the real work teams do every day. I’ve lived it, I still live it, and I know what it takes to create change that truly supports the people behind the practice.
